[Party1] template - consensus defined for ICANN dealing with GAC advice - draft1

Dear Kavouss,

In my view any Advisory Committee can give any advice it likes to the ICANN
board (or to anyone else).

This approach would just be to make it clear under what conditions the
ICANN Board has to follow the "due consideration" process set out in the
bylaws for dealing with GAC advice, by specifying it would only apply to
consensus advice as currently defined.

if GAC gave other kinds of advice, that would be dealt with by the ICANN
Board the same way that it would be today.

In shorter words, what Steve DelBianco said is also my view.

bests,
Jordan
