[WP1] 7A: Three strawman proposals for removing Board of Directors

Dear all,

As promised on last night's call, here is a version of the paper
with an added comparison between models in tabular form.

I hope this will make it easy to see the options at a glance, and set us
up for a good discussion in Istanbul.
