[WP1] updated list of volunteers for WP1 work before 12-Oct

This is now updated to show board volunteers for each WP1 group.

Our immediate task is to analyze public comments and recommend amended proposals and/or choices for the CCWG to consider, by 12-Oct.

Within WP1 we have 8 distinct groups working on this public comment analyses.  Cherine joined some WP1 groups today’s call, and we look forward to having board members who are ready to help with the others:
