[WP1] Suggested changes to CCWG proposal on Individual Director Removal

Yes
Therte are two views,
I continue to object to the removal of a Director by its degignating
entitiy as that Boars , as soon as entered in the business, acts in a
collegial manner and thus can not be removed by a single So or AC
designated him or her
