Oh I just meant in the document. We're all speaking freely on the list. If you think there's something I misrepresented in the doc please let me know this weekend. Thanks

Jonathan,

I appreciate that you remind me that we are now just trying to represent comments. I didn’t ask you to include my remark on the point 4 of area needing refinement paragraph in the comments analysis. It was my opinion on an affirmation that had been made several time and need a clear response.

As you have noticed, even if you are now doing the comments analysis, we are all (including yourself) expressing our views on the substance on the list . I don’t want to make presumptions or interpret your reminder, but I think you got it wrong.

Have a good night.

Hi Jonathan,

Thank you for your updated comment analysis.

I would like to comment on point 4 of the area needing refinement paragraph:
"GNSO should have more influence on the budget than other SOs and ACs because they represent the source of funds »
They don’t represent the source of funds; they are only the interface; the real source of funds are the registrants, means me, you and all users of domain names.

Folks,
Ahead of the meeting in 10 hours, I’ve attached the latest version of the Budget/Stratplan comment analysis. I resisted the temptation to start responding to the comments and, instead attempted to faithfully report on them, including issues raised on the last call and the document submitted by Cherine. Cherine, I attempted to capture the issues raised in your document in our format. Please let me know if I’ve missed a concern or recommendation and I’ll amend. Thanks!
Jonathan
