[WP1] SubGroup on Decision Process - call for volunteers.

Dear All
Before the WP1 starts ,it would be useful to made available the compilation
of the final results of Dublin meeting to be aware where we are and avoid
suspiration of views .This resume is necessary as we have limited time
available .
