<div dir="ltr">Hi all<div><br></div><div>Please see attached first cut of a work plan for our super-intensive sprint to help the CCWG get the proposal out in time.</div><div><br></div><div>It identifies the parts of the work we have to do and for each:</div><div><ul><li>when a draft should be done,<br></li><li>when the WP1 will discuss it a first time</li><li>when the WP1 will discuss it a second time</li><li>when the WP1 can transmit it to CCWG</li></ul><div>We have to get moving this fast because the timetable is driven by needing to get material in front of CCWG in time to make the deadline.</div></div><div><br></div><div>It requires us to have calls:</div><div><br></div><div>1 Apr</div><div>8 Apr</div><div>10 Apr</div><div>13 Apr</div><div><br></div><div>The interaction of this with the legal timeline isn't clear.</div><div><br></div><div>The key volunteers we need are those who would like to work with me as a group of editors and text improvers to prepare the first draft, based on the material we have done so far.</div><div><br></div><div>To be clear: I am happy to commit the time to actually DO the first working draft for all this content - I have time set aside to do it.</div><div><b><br></b></div><div><b>The question I will ask on the call is who else would like to commit to reviewing and helping improve my draft text?
