<div>I tried to incorporate a sense of Olivier's suggestion that the NomCom itself, not a special NomCom, should remove NomCom directors in the removal of directors (individuals) power.</div>

<div>I tried to incorporate some corrections of Sam's, and I softened the language about AoC termination to raise it as a possibility rather than as a recommendation - for discussion, obviously. (In retrospect I should have had it bold to draw attention.)</div>

<div>I forgot to attribute Robin's suggestion to Robin for which I apologise - it just occurred to me now I had forgotten to do that. Sorry Robin!!!</div>

<div>I took Steve's suggestion to remove the yellow highlight about including 8a and b in the AoC (questioning it) as that's mentioned in the drafting notes box following the table.</div>
