[WP2] Mission, Commitments and Core Values REVISED for discussion tomorrow am

I completely agree with this and note there were not an insignificant number of comments making this case in the various input fora.  We need to find a way to get this notion of respect for human rights at ICANN or it really can't claim to represent the public interest in its governance activities in any meaningful way.
