Thanks for the share Greg, while I understand that respect seem to be quite
lighter word than "committed to" looking at it literately. Perhaps it may
be good to know how much weight the word has legally(enforceability wise).
Secondly is it still the intent of this working group to proposed inclusion
HR text in the bylaw? Perhaps it may also be good to specifically reach out
the the OCs to hear their views about the addition.
