 As you know, I am aware of your appointment and welcome you to our group. 

 I agree with your perception that channeling the experiences, in some way, of those community members who have gone through the CEP into our current work is essential. I look forward to discussing this with everyone on the call later today.

 Thanks so much for taking the lead on this.

 As you may (or may not) know, I am the Co-Chair appointed to assist this sub-group in their work. Don’t know if it’s a good news or a bad one but I promise to do my best to help you all and facilitate your work.

 I think that previous experiences are of the essence to the exercise this sub-group must do in order to achieve its goal of designing an enhanced CEP.

 Please know that you can count on me and our great Staff to support your work.

 A reminder that we are scheduled to have a Reviewing the CEP (CCWG WS2) call tomorrow, Wednesday 23 November at 13:00 UTC. You should have received an appointment reminder with the call details. If you have not received one please let myself or staff know as soon as possible. I look forward to seeing as many of you as possible on the call.

 I anticipate this will be a very short meeting. Its purpose is to let the full group know what myself and those who volunteered to lead initial efforts on the Bylaws and the CEP Rules have done and to chart a way forward for all of us. I’m also hoping a few more of you will be willing to take on a task or two to help us take the next step forward. The more we have involved the less each one of us will need to do.

 I also would like to note that the meeting following this one will take place on December 9th  at 19:00. My hope and expectation is that we will have made considerable progress by that time.
