[Ws2-diversity] postponing the call planned for Wednesday 17th August

Hi everyone,

After discussion  between  co-rapporteurs, we thought that is better to
postpone the confcall planned this Wednesday to another date TBD , till we
get a draft document that we can discuss in the mailing list and during the
confcall.
