[Ws2-diversity] Second version of the strawman

Hi Amal,

Thanks for those comments. can you add them to the strawman document so we
can capture them?
with regard to PTI, I assume we should check the scoping coming from ws1.
for review teams, they are existing vehicles since we had the AoC and
similar to working groups etc.
for SOI, I think a first step concerns the existing collected data to have
stats then we can consider what can be added in SOI later on and possibly
more with regard constraints such privacy, process, and where and how to
collect those data.

the questionnaire is basically to get input from AC/SO and also sharing
with them our current understanding. so it would include the items you
mentioned.
