[Ws2-diversity] Diversity Strawman Document v1

Dear Julie,

Thanks for sharing this. I will try to include some parts from it into the
strawman document. the draft is open for comments and it will be great if
you can add yours.
@Yvette is it possible to share it to the mailing list? we are encouraging
members to share examples and it is good to keep the momentum.
