[Ws2-diversity] Draft 01 Diversity Report

Dear all,

I am sorry I won't be able to make the call tomorrow but would like to
support the concern raised by Mathieu. It does read like diversity and
skills are mutually exclusive. I am sure this is not the intended meaning
of this text, as such I would like to suggest we do a minor rewrite and
change the text from:

“While acknowledging the importance of diversity in the accountability
mechanisms, members of WS2 have expressed their view that diversity
requirement should not prevail over skills or experience requirements.”

to:

We acknowledge the importance of diversity, but would like to stress that
diversity requirements should always be paired with the appropriate level
of skills and experience.

Best,
