<div>We’ve incorporated your suggestions into the revised draft. Age has been added as a clearance question so that we can analyze responses along the lines of gender and age. All elements of diversity identified by the subgroup have also been added in relevant
sections. Several questions and response options have also been rephrased to ensure consistency. </div>
