[Ws2-hr] Proposed agenda meeting December 13 - 19:00 UTC

I have a doctor's appointment directly before this meeting. If my doctor
is completely punctual, and I am the picture of health, I should be able to
make most of the call. My working assumption, based on these variables, is
that I will miss the entire call.
