Thanks Kavouss.
I am adding your amendments to the google doc. I think other members of
the drafting team won't mind. I actually agree with your point,
especially since I gathered from listening to the last call there was a
general agreement that the Board is the final determination. So the same
text as we have for the GAC advise should be in the other section.
I think we might just put this paragraph somewhere up in that section to
make the flow of the text better, but right now I put in on the place
you proposed in the word document.
