rank these rights in order of priority as far as I know. The rights of authors and indigenous peoples I represent are just as important as the rights of freedom of expression and privacy. In fact, author’s rights (including the copyright rights which give
the authors the exclusive right to make changes to their own works) may be equally important to condemning oppressive governmental action or exploitation of native culture for corporate or personal gain. (Why would registrant information be protected for
