[WS2-Jurisdiction-Questionnaire] Questionnaire Response Analysis and Presentation: PLEASE SIGN UP.

Jurisdiction Questionnaire Response Evaluation Team:

Last night I posted a sign-up sheet for members of this group to take
responsibility for analyzing and presenting at least one questionnaire
response.  That sign-up sheet can be found at
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Q948Ib31-Hu9Ro3_k9uVYBTwm72UDmkMvUWwU_XyHAI/edit?usp=sharing.
Copies are attached as well.

1.  There are only 7 responses that definitely need individual analysis and
presentation.  Since there are 7 members of this team (excluding myself), *each
team member should pick one response to analyze and present*.  *PLEASE SIGN
UP NOW.*

I suggest a rule that a team member cannot pick their own response (if they
responded) -- any objections?  This way, each presenter can be neutral
about the response they are analyzing/presenting.  The respondent will have
ample time to comment on their response.

Alternatively, I can assign team members randomly to responses (controlling
for the "no-self-analysis/presentation" rule).

These presentations will start at the next meeting, so at least 3-4
presenters need to be ready for next week.  The 7 responses are:


   - Mohammad Reza Mousavi (Iran)
   - Just Net Coalition
   - Farzaneh Badii - Internet Governance Project (USA)
   - Rita Forsi (Italy)
   - Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation
   - Jorge Cancio, ".swiss" domain registry (Switzerland)
   - Liu Yue, Internet Governance Research Center,Chinese Academy of
   Information Communications and Technology (China)


2.  There are 5 responses that were classified "maybe" by staff with regard
to individual analysis and presentation.  If anyone believes that any of
these *should* be individually analyzed and presented, please respond to
this email.  Otherwise, they will *not* be.  The 5 are:


   - Vanda Scartezini (Brazil)
   - Brian J. Winterfeldt (USA)
   - Jesús Rivera (Venezuela GAC Representative)
   - Lance Hinds (Govt Guyana)
   - Ministry of ICT of Colombia | Jaifa Margarita Mezher Arango
