[Ws2-jurisdiction] Agenda and Documents for Tomorrow's Jurisdiction Subgroup Meeting

I disagree with the plan of one person one issue -- it is not a set of
entitlements that one is asking for oneself that these can be so
distributed, in an apparently democratic manner. These are issues that
are being raised on the behalf of the global public, and must be judged
on their merit, and not count.

This said, I will still frame one issue and send it along presently ...
