Good afternoon:

The actions by the Spanish authorities as described in this article are incompatible with the principles of free speech.
Also, any Registry would rightly expect a clear legal basis before implementing the requested actions.

If this is allowed to pass in the circumstances as described, it would create an unwelcome precedent.
