this is a reminder that we have an Ombudsman sub-group meeting scheduled
for Monday 17 July 0500 UTC.

This is a rather critical meeting as we must finalize the external
evaluation.

We would greatly appreciate if participants could confirm their status for
that meeting (will be present or absent) by Friday 14 July 1900.
