Please, find attached the Final Report submitted by Phil and Debra. This concludes the Ombudsman Assessment. If you have any question related to the review, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Thank you for your commitment and input during the assessment process; it has been a pleasure working with this Subgroup. The only thing I will not miss are the calls on a Sunday evening at 11pm (Colorado time).
