Please find attached a prestation containing both the "fils conducteur » of our call and the draft report of our IOO subgroup.

I am sorry to send you this document so late but I lost my first tentative for technical trouble with my computer.
But I am happy that you get it before the call ;).

Your comments will be welcome.

As the timeline points out we have about 9 or 10 weeks to get something to the plenary so we can get approval in AbuDhabi.
