Hello

Some further updates on the next steps after the Board approved the
Anti-Harassment Resolution and Policy in Copenhagen

 Staff are also working on these following next steps…

1.       Post the new anti-harassment policy on the meeting website
2.       Translate the new policy into the ICANN official languages and
posting those documents
3.       Issue a blog by the Ombudsman  to explain the new policy and
procedures to the Community
4.       Explore additional steps with the Ombudsman about awareness
raising, ICANN meeting sessions and other ways to make the Community aware
of the new policy/procedures
5.       Add acknowledging the Anti-Harassment policy to that of the
Standard of Behavior when entering an Adobe Connect Room or registering for
an ICANN meeting.

Hello

As discussed during the Ombudsman subgroup call last night (Singapore time),
here is the link to the published resolution.

The full record, including Community consultation and public comment, is in
this Board resolution above.  The policy had gone for public comment in
November, 14 comments were received.  The analysis of the public comments
had been published end of January and we had a public board session on it
Saturday before last.  The Board voted on it on Thursday.  Notification of
the public session was posted two weeks before the session.

Staff are working to post the approved anti- harassment policy.
