Sebastien has asked to send the following.

At the Ombuds meeting earlier today it was agreed:

*Decisions:*

·       Accept new version of the draft recommendations as is and put on
list for ok to send to plenary of 11 October.

·       FB and Phil Khoury comments could be captured in an addendum for
the public consultation to provide background and context.

*Action Items:*

·       SB – to prepare final version (changes to recommendations have to
be replicated in the other sections of the document) and send to the list
Friday 6 October latest for objections to send to plenary for 11 October
meeting. Participants will have until 23:59 Sunday 8 October to comment on
this.

​As such please find attached V2.4 which reflects t​he changes requested at
the 28 September plenary and at the Ombuds sub-group meeting of 5 October
in red-line.

Please note we have added a new Annex B where Farzaneh's concerns are
listed as well as the additional input received from Phil Khoury yesterday.

Although there was unanimous consent to forward this version to the Plenary
for a first reading on 11 October it was felt that participants who could
not attend the sub-group meeting of 5 October be given a chance to comment
on this. As such Ombuds sub-group participants are invited to review this
latest version and advise the list if they are against forwarding it for
consideration by the WS2 plenary by 23:59 UTC Sunday 8 October.

If there are no significant objections the draft recommendations will be
considered by the plenary at the 11 October meeting.
