Please find the next version of the draft report of the IOO sub-group
attached - text changes in the report are red-lined.

This takes into consideration the emails and the discussions on the call
today -  at least as best we could at this time.

The Co-Chairs have approved the question from Sebastien to go directly to
ICANN Legal and it has been transmitted and we are looking forward to an
answer prior to our next call.
