Hi,

For those who may not have been on today's WS2 Plenary Meeting, the
draft report passed its first reading.  Thanks to all for coming to the
consensus that made that possible.

There were some minor changes requested.  I am working on those today
and will send out an updated copy of the report.

Instead of getting the same group of stalwarts to discuss it on a
meeting tomorrow and then doing a last-call on the list on it, and after
consultation with Bernie and few of those stalwarts, I have decided to
cancel the meeting.

Hope to send out the updated report before the end of my day

If we fail to get consensus on the list, I will schedule a meeting for
next week or the week after.
