in regard to feedback given on the plenary call with respect to the “interactions with governments” recommendation. Also on January 12, Michael provided a response to the concerns raised on the plenary call. I don’t believe he made additional substantive

some minor tweaking to the draft will occur re the role of the Ombudsman, in response to feedback he received from his engagement with the Ombudsman subgroup rapporteur and the current Ombudsman. He also responded via email to Ed on Jan. 24.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
