Seguimos en le proceso de escoger oficiales de LACRALO sin ninguna 
representaciÃn del Caribe, por las razones que sean, y no parece que 
estamos todos conscientes de que tenemos un grave deficit de 
representatividad de LACRARLO ante el resto de la Comunidad.
