Eric used to be part of NARALO as an individual member,
He resigned from that and now is a member of an ALS.
He is not entitled to vote as an ALS leader, but he is still part of the
global At-Large community as a member of an ALS.

This is the situation as I understand. I hope that makes the situation
clear,
