I characterised one Jose Ovidio as a fantacist and some might think I was
being unkind.  So, the evidence.

If you follow the narrative of that hardworking and great producer for
LACRALO in ICANN, you would be misguided.

I know our friend and hard worker Jose Ovidio is a competent English
speaker and reader. So, here's the EN transcript of the ALAC & Regional
Leadership Wrap Up session of Wednesday, March 14, 2012.  My apologies for
