Dear Alejandro,

Thanks for the comments. I've updated the text (http://bit.ly/1XR1pa9) to
point out that funding for a F2F event would be sought but only after there
are sufficient number of persons found and some conference calls held with
such persons as per the original text. As such persons learn of ICANN
At-Large, they would undoubtedly learn about the diversity of At-Large.
