Hello Maritza,

If I take this presentation at face value, it would mean that the Barbados ICT 
Professionals Association has never had a representative at any LACRALO monthly 
meetings. This is obviously incorrect since I am its representative and I have 
been attending meetings. Maybe I am reading the report incorrectly. Can you 
help me to understand?
