Dear All,

Banners are being designed for each RALO in order to be displayed at the 
London meeting.

We were asked to have a slogan.

I thought we could put something like this:

'Latin America and Caribbean: Protecting the interests of Internet users!'

We would be grateful to receive your comments and suggestions.  We have 
until the 8th of May at 12:00 UCT.
