Quiero hacer notar lo siguiente a todos los miembros interesados algunos puntos 
relevantes desde mi perspectiva

1. El Reporte Preliminar lleva en su anexo el borrador propuesto del âCharterâ 
para el PDP que debe ahora desarrollarse
2. EL GNSO hace un llamado muy amplio a todos los AC/Sos partir del 4 de enero 
para que todos los interesados participen en el desarrollo de este complejo PDP
3. La resoluciÃn del GNSO para aceptar esta Charter deja en primera instancia 
abierto al Grupo de Trabajo por constituirse la oportunidad de revisar todos 
los comentarios a la fecha sobre el tema y de ser necesario hacer los cambios 
que el Grupo de Trabajo acuerde al Charter.
4. De tal manera es importante que los miembros de ALAc que van a participar en 
el PDP lleven todos los puntos mencionados en la declaraciÃn para discutirlos 
en la etapa inicial del PDP.

De tal manera, les insto de manera muy particular dar seguimiento a este 
proceso.
