Sorry to all . I have written in Spanish in the list. Here goes in English:
To me looks like more a political decision from World Bank than one based on
facts. The economic reality both in Argentina and Venezuela is quite worse
than in Brazil ( even now in the middle of this awful economic crisis) and
Brazil never , since the beginning of Fellowship program was post aside or our
citizens not allowed to participate.
