Dear All,
On behalf Daniel K. Nanghaka, the Chair of the ALAC Sub-Committee on Outreach
and Engagement (O&E), we would like to announce the Call for Nominations
for the co-Chairs of this Sub-Committee.
The criteria and expectations of for the O&E Co-Chairs are as follows:
A..The criteria for the O&E co-Chairs are as follows:
Must be selected by their RALOsMust be prepared to attend monthly meetings of
the O&EMust be prepared to report on regional O&E activitiesMust record
these activities on their respective RALO O&E workspace.Must be prepared to
meet with other co-Chairs on a skype chat group for strategic planning
sessionsMust be willing to participate in any O&E program in conjunction
with ICANN partner organizationsMust be prepared to be a rapporteur for the
Chair of an O&E working groupMust report back to their RALOS about the
progress of activities of the O&E and its working groups
B..Need help making a selection? Try this model.
Note: Co-Chairs should not be RALO Chairs but could be Vice-Chairs or other
RALO members who are strong and active members of O&E within their region.

Dear All,
Following the timeline in the Call for EoIs, the Deadline expired and the list
of the EoIs are to be sent to the RALO Chairs.
I kindly request that EoIs that are late not to be considered and unless where
RALO has not received an EoI, the RALO Chair be notified that about it and
asked to deal with the issue accordingly.

It is our understanding that the call for nominations and submission of EOI
were until friday 3 August as mentioned in the timeline sent:

Yesterday 5 August and today 6 August we are receiving nominations and EOI.
Just for clarifying: Are the them our of date?
