Colegas,

se repite el llamado a voto sobre el tema de nombres de dominio de 
organizaciones internacionales.

Claramente no ha habido interés suficiente para emitir una posición ni 
recomendar el sentido del voto de los representantes de LACRALO ante ALAC.

Presento por ello la moción de que la orientación del voto de los tres 
representantes sea en el sentido de "ABSTENCIÓN" y que este voto sea vinculante 
para ellos. Solicito a la Secretaría y la Presidencia, junto con el staff de 
ICANN para At-Large, que implementen este voto a la brevedad posible.

Dado que la votación ya está abierta en ALAC solicito a los representantes de 
LACRALO en ALAC que no emitan su voto en esta materia hasta que la votación en 
LACRALO no haya sido resuelta.
