 Dear members of LACRALO

After a careful read of the RDAP below, I would like to first congratulate
Carlton for his excellent and hard work in this WG. The report is very clear
and even not technical personnel may understand the advantages of the models
and the final decision fro the SRDS ( synchronized registration directory
services) Secondly encourage you all to read its 166 pages of a clear and well
done report.
Best to all.
