LeÃn, Vanda, Harold, Humberto, y oye LeÃn, no olvides a Alberto a quien
acabamos de elegir para ALAC Member,

los criterios expresados tienden a desmenuzar mÃs la informaciÃn requerida
y generar una insnpecciÃn burocrÃtica pero no necesariamente adelantan lo
sustantivo.

En particular, ademÃs, me opongo a estos criterios en tanto que no reflejan
la disposiciÃn de las ALS a la rendiciÃn de cuentas de las propias
organizaciones. Eso ha sido sumamente daÃino y hay que revertirlo.
