Re: [lac-discuss-en] [lac-discuss-es] Nomination of the LACRALO representative to the ALAC

Dear Lance, all,

With great sorrow I receive this mail, but glad to see strong convictions
I want to express my rejection of all contradictory behavior and attitude
of lack of dialogue and understanding.
And solidarity with the Caribbean because it is not the first time they go
through dubious processes.
Being one region is still a great challenge, but seems donÂt want to be
addressed.
We are not going for the right way.

Regards

JosÃ.-
