 Antes de todo es necesario que los nuevos se involucren en los conceptos y 
estructura de ICANN, para solo despuÃs entender los puntos claves que se 
discute como la transition de la supervision de IANA y las cuestiones de la 
prestaciÃn de cuestas a la comunidad. Es necesario tambiÃn que los nuevos 
entiendan el escenario actual con los 635 nuevos TLD hasta el final de mayo. Y 
lo que esto significa.

Es posible que en Nicaragua siquiera tuvieron la oportunidad de participar de 
alguna presentaciÃn de estos puntos.
