I fully  support the Alberto Soto's candidature. He is an excellent candidate 
with an great trajectory as LACRALO leader from IISI, one of the oldest ALSs. 
He is also a distinguished professional an Academic, but overall a good guy. 
My congratulations to Jose's desition to nominate to him.
