Alberto, todos/as,

me sumo a la felicitaciÃn y buenos deseos para Humberto y Maritza.

No podemos soslayar la ausencia deliberada de las organizaciones de una
subregiÃn completa. Espero que pronto tengamos noticias de Humbero y
Maritza al respecto, ya que ambos han sido enfÃticos en tener propuestas
para esa relaciÃn en particular.

Saludos cordiales y ojalà podamos avanzar en tareas de trascendencia.
