Thanks for your comments. It seem that formal public comment period does
not fit in some situation (like this), so maybe is one thing to review or
discuss.
Regarding Netmundial i am very happy to see so many friends involved. I
agree with Fatima regarding the hat, and we have to trust our member as
individuals or represenring their company or
organisation, independently. Because
as we have tryed to reach from Buenos Aires meeting, have a formal place in
netmundial , but ICANN does not think we are part of civil society and they
did not take At-large into in acount.
