En un mensaje previo - que al parecer se fue a una lista experimental operada 
por Dev - manifestà mi opiniÃn de que en las pruebas piloto que se proponen 
para los cambios al sistema de uso de datos para el desarrollo de polÃticas se 
incorporen formalmente observadores de At Large. Alan Greenberg me ha explicado 
fuera de listas que no es necesario un acuerdo al respecto ya que los procesos 
se llevarÃn a cabo de manera abierta. 



Por ello estoy de acuerdo en que votes a favor, y te solicito que quede en la 
memoria del proceso que LACRALO deberà estar atento a la prueba piloto e 
invitar a la participaciÃn en Ãsta, considerando deseable que si los miembros 
de la directiva y representantes ALAC no pueden hacerlo la comunidad deberà 
asegurarse de que alguien mÃs lo haga e informe.

This is to let you know that the ALAC Statement on the Initial Report on Data

final. Alan Greenberg, Chair of the ALAC, has asked that the 15 ALAC members to 
ratify this final Statement. Once ratified, the Statement will be submitted to 
the ICANN Public Comment as a formal ALAC Advice.
