Jose Ovidio is fantasizing, as usual.  And you should know his recollection
is likely second hand and thus, unreliable.

You see, our friend Jose Ovidio is and remains the poster boy for the ICANN
tourist traveler.  In all likelihood he would have been detained at some
Costa Rican tourist trap at the time of the meeting.

In fact, his exploits still drives a long shadow over the At-Large as
serious contributors to policy development at ICANN meetings.

Here's a challenge. I double dare any of you to search the archives of all
our email lists, ALAC audio recordings and transcripts for ANY useful
contribution of said Jose Ovidio to policy development.

First one to find one gets a prize.
