[CCWG-ACCT] CCWG ACCT Meeting in Dublin

As discussed during CCWG meeting #43 <https://community.icann.org/x/qoJCAw>
(21 July), the CCWG has requested two meetings around ICANN54:
* Full day Friday 16 October
* 2h in the morning on Thursday 22 October

Pls do not rush to have CCWG f-2 f
WE must avoid to have parallel meeting with ICG
It is counter productive .
Let us do our works quiely and calmly
I strongly oppose any parallel meerting of CCWG and ICG
